COVID-19 POLICY

Please arrive with no additional guests at this time and limit the personal items you bring with you. Refrain from arriving more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please call or text us as soon as you arrive at (647) 294-8495 and remain in your vehicle until you receive a reply to enter the clinic.

 

A covid questionnaire and consent form are required to be completed prior to your treatment.

 

Enhanced covid sanitizing measures using hospital grade disinfectants continue to be in place to ensure optimal safety to our patients and staff. Additionally, if you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.

BOOKING POLICY

Refine Beauty requires a valid credit card on file to secure your booking. Your credit card is not charged to book an appointment.

LATE POLICY

As each treatment involves a particular amount of time and we are reserving the time for you, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our staff and clients, please provide a 48 hour notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide a 48 hour cancellation notice or if you do not show for your appointment, a $100 plus hst non refundable, non-transferable fee will be applied to your credit card. 

ILLNESS & EMERGENCY

If you display any symptoms of an illness such as cough, sore throat, fever, conjunctivitis etc., we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

In the case that there is an emergency, we understand! Please notify us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.
