Sick Policy
If you are feeling unwell, we reserve the right to cancel and/or postpone your treatment. Feeling unwell includes, but is not limited to the following within the last 14 days:

Fever of 38 degrees Celsius and greater

Sore throat
-
Cough
-
Shortness of Breath
-
Difficulty Breathing
-
Runny nose and Nasal Congestion
Please follow these hand hygiene protocols for your safety and ours:
• Wash hands with soap and water or hand sanitize before and after entering.
• Hand sanitizer is available throughout our clinic areas.
• If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue or into your elbow and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards.
Enhanced sanitizing measures using hospital grade disinfectants continue to be in place to ensure optimal safety to our patients and staff. Additionally, if you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.
Booking Policy
We are by appointment only. You can book appointments by calling the clinic at (647) 294-8495 or through our online booking system. You must be 18 years of age or older to receive any treatments or services.
We require a valid credit card on file in order to book your appointment. Your credit card is not charged unless the following applies:
Missed Appointments and Cancellations
We have a 48 hour cancellation, rescheduling and no show policy. Any late cancellations, changes to an appointment or no shows may be subject to a $50 fee. In addition, any no show appointments will be required to pre-pay a $50 deposit prior to any future bookings. All deposits and late cancellation/rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Children & Pet Policy
Although we adore babies and children, we do ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a tranquil experience for you and other clients at the clinic.
For the health and safety of all patients, we ask that you please leave your pets at home before coming to your appointment. Service dogs are permitted.
