The information in/on or at Refine Beauty is not intended as a substitute for or to be used in lieu of professional medical advice. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own discretion. Refine Beauty frequently updates the Sites contents however with rapid changes in medical information some information may be out of date. 

 

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or those Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

 

Refine Beauty reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel your appointments whenever it becomes necessary.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any services or packages. Although we strive to create the best aesthetic results for you, cosmetic medicine is not an exact science and therefore results cannot be guaranteed.

 

In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment you MUST call or email at least 48 hours in advance. Patients who provide less than a 48 hour notice or miss their appointment, will forfeit their $50 deposit on file and will be required to pay an additional $50 deposit for any subsequent appointments. 

 

Privacy Policy 

The Refine Beauty website does not collect any personally identifiable information regarding the users of its website unless such information is voluntarily provided by the user. We will not disclose your individual identity or personally identifiable information without your prior consent except as required by law, court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement authority.

 

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply. 

 

Limitations of Liability 

Refine Beauty and our directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including the legal fees from your use of the site.

 

Indemnity 

Except where prohibited by law, using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Refine Beauty Inc. and our shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising from of your use of the Content or any other portion or aspect of the website  or your violation of these Terms and Conditions

Individuals accessing and utilizing this website outside of Canada do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all laws. Any dispute between you and Refinebeauty.ca with respect to these Terms and Conditions, the website or any of the website content will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the province of Ontario and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario regardless of choice of law principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.
